1. Who We Are

HookedLeads ("Company," "we," "us") operates hookedleads.net, a technology platform that routes inbound telephone calls from consumers to licensed insurance agents. We are not an insurance company and do not provide insurance products or advice.

2. Information We Collect

From agents: name, email, phone, state license information, and payment information (processed by Stripe — we never store card numbers).

From callers: phone number, state of origin, call duration, call recording audio, and call transcription. Callers are notified of recording at the start of each call.

Automatically: IP addresses, browser type, and usage logs for security purposes.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to: route inbound calls to licensed agents in the caller's state; bill agent accounts based on connected call duration; provide quality assurance and agent coaching via recordings and AI analysis; prevent fraud; and comply with applicable laws.

4. Call Recording

All connected calls are recorded for quality and training purposes. Callers are informed of recording at the beginning of each call. Recordings are stored securely and automatically deleted after 90 days. Access is restricted to the handling agent and HookedLeads administrators.

5. Data Retention

Call recordings and transcripts: deleted after 90 days. Call logs (metadata): retained 2 years for compliance. Agent account data: retained for account lifetime plus 1 year. Consent and attestation logs: retained indefinitely as legal records.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share data only with: licensed agents handling your call; service providers (Twilio, Supabase, Stripe, Vercel); and legal authorities when required by law.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing noah@hookedleads.net. We will respond within 30 days.
