How do inbound calls work?

Seniors who see our Facebook ads tap to call a Twilio number. Our system routes that call to the next available agent in the queue. The call rings live in your browser dashboard — no forwarding, no app, no phone number needed. It auto-connects after a 3-second countdown.

When does a credit get charged?

A credit burns exactly 10 seconds after you're connected with the caller. If the senior hangs up before 10 seconds, no credit is charged. We also enforce a 1 credit per caller per 24-hour window — so the same person can't accidentally drain multiple credits.

What if I'm not at my dashboard when a call comes in?

Set your availability status to 'Paused' when you step away. Calls will skip you and route to the next available agent. If no agents are available, the Meta ads automatically pause to avoid wasted calls.

Do I need a special phone or app?

No. Calls run entirely in your browser through Twilio's Voice SDK. You'll need microphone access granted once in Chrome — there's a prompt in the dashboard that handles this.

What states do the calls come from?

Currently, callers are sourced from our Florida-focused ad campaigns. We're expanding state coverage. When you purchase, select your licensed states — we'll only route calls from those states as our targeting expands.

How long are my credits valid?

Credits are valid for 7 days from purchase. If you've been logged in and available for 20+ hours during that week and haven't received your full pack, they automatically roll into a second 7-day window. Weekly subscription credits always rollover — no conditions.

What's your replacement policy for inbound calls?

If a caller hangs up within 10 seconds, no credit is charged — that's built into the system. There are no additional replacements for inbound calls beyond the 10-second protection, since you're receiving live callers who reached out themselves.

Can I cancel my weekly subscription?

Yes. Cancel anytime from your Stripe billing portal. You'll continue receiving calls through the end of your paid week. Unused credits from that final week rollover into the cancellation period.
